First of all I want to say that I am not a nutritionist, however, I work with one the best in San Antonio.  These are the Vitamins that have worked for me:


I take 4 Flintstones Vitamins a day. This has helped increase my iron from 34 to 66.


I also take Gummy Vites to help supplement the Flintstones

I use the GNC brand of Calcium…they work the best for me


So I have lost a lot of hair. But I have found ways to mitigate this this my arsenal of vitamins
