I take 4 Flintstones Vitamins a day. This has helped increase my iron from 34 to 66.
I also take Gummy Vites to help supplement the Flintstones
I use the GNC brand of Calcium…they work the best for me
So I have lost a lot of hair. But I have found ways to mitigate this this my arsenal of vitamins
Because I had issues with constipation I also take these
